Gregg Peters will share about Harvey County native, Randy Woelk, who was nicknamed the “Galloping Goose from Goessel.” In 1939, he broke a record held Glenn Cunningham in the mile run at the Kansas High School Relays. After high school he went on to live an amazing life.
Peters has recently written a book about Randy Woelk and they will be available for sale.
