A day of family fun is on tap Saturday at the Newton City/County Airport, with a pancake breakfast, candy drops and free flights for kids.
The Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 88 will host its 48th Air Capital Fly-In from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the airport. Free airplane rides for kids age 7 to 17 will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Adult admission is $5; children under 18 get in free. Event schedule:
