Join Newton Public Library and the Harvey County Parks Department for a night of stargazing at East Lake! Our librarians will be showing off the library's new telescopes; educating the public with their personal telescopes; and pointing out constellations, double stars, and nebulae in the summer night sky. 

This event will take place at the Crown Point Shelter in Harvey County East Park, from 9:30 to 11 p.m. Crown Point Shelter is located on the east side of East Lake Road, between E. 1st Street and N.E. 12th Street. 

This is a come-and-go NPL After Dark event, and registration is not required.
