In yoga, the Force is called "prana." Join us on May the Fourth to practice feeling and strengthening your prana. No previous yoga experience is necessary. We will stand, sit, and lie down in different poses, but if you cannot get down to the floor, we will have chairs available.
Star Wars Yoga will be led by Cathy Anderson. Cathy has taught yoga locally for more than 20 years and is president of the Newton Public Library Board of Trustees.
All ages are welcome, and registration is not required. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat to sit and lie on.
