Join us at Kauffman Museum, 2801 N. Main Street, North Newton, for an evening of stargazing – and learn about the library's new Orion StarBlast 4.5" telescopes, which patrons will be able to borrow after Newton Public Library reopens in its new building on April 1. These powerful tools will allow backyard astronomers to magnify the night sky up to 226x and see celestial objects such as Saturn's rings and the moons of Jupiter.
The program will begin indoors, then move outside. If weather does not cooperate, we will need to reschedule. No registration required.
